The original company was established in the province of Saskatchewan in 1990, became a registered company in the State of North Dakota as of May, 1995 and was registered in the province of Alberta in 1997.

Impact retains Supervisors who specialize in supervising the drilling and completion of all types of horizontal wells not to exclude deep vertical and directional wells, coiled tubing projects, packer placements, and high pressure frac jobs. We offer a complete service package including but not limited to the services of A.F.E. preparations, bidding services, first call, lease construction, drilling supervision, well completions, workovers, and reclamations. We have Engineers on board for complete project planning.

Gregg Fischer and Steve Lobreau, with combined experience of 64 yrs in the industry, are thrilled as leaders of the team to uphold the great reputation the men in the field have and also to build the business to its maximum potential of serving the industry.

As team leaders Gregg and Steve are experienced in lease preparations, multi-leg horizontals, extended reach horizontals, verticals, directional, deep-sour gas, shallow gas wells, deep exploration wells, air drilling, re-entries, stimulation, liner placements, cleanups of oil based mud, reclamations and have had exercised there leadership skills in such positions as driller, rig manager, field superintendent, field-supervisors, operations manager and are both highly recognized in public relations.

Impact’s safety record is unparalleled and strictly follows the IRP’s of the Enform Petroleum Industry. Our team understands the importance of following Federal, Provincial, State, oilfield industry policies and safety standards. In our combined years of experience, we have a zero lost time safety record as supervisors.

Our team mission is to be leaders in the industry by providing supervisors that are trained and qualified to oversee company operations in a safe, cost efficient manor with integrity and open lines of communication.

As a team we utilize each other’s experience and expertise to maximize the Prime Contractor’s productivity.

We also feature an attractive two-man package with one senior consultant and one junior consultant at a lower-rate for horizontal drilling, sour-gas, and underbalanced applications.
